Phone Policy

Our office policy is to answer urgent medical calls within 4 business hours and non-urgent calls by the next business day.  Please listen carefully to the voicemail selections so that your call is routed to the appropriate staff member.  Our voicemail system is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.  Please leave us a message, which will be returned in accordance with the above policy.  If you need to speak to the physician on call, you will hear an option to connect to the answering service. 

Location

We are located at 5601 Norris Canyon Road, Suite 340, San Ramon, California.  Our office is located on the third floor.  Our building is located on the San Ramon Regional Medical Center Hospital Campus.

General Directions

From 680 Southbound: Take the Crow Canyon exit.  Turn left onto Crow Canyon.  Turn right on Alcosta Blvd, left on Norris Canyon, then follow the signs to the Physician Offices. 

From 680 Northbound:  Take the Crow Canyon exit.  Turn right onto Crow Canyon.  Turn right on Alcosta Blvd, left on Norris Canyon, then follow the signs to the Physician Offices.
